Cllr Tommy Cullen is a strong, effective and experienced public representative with a record of achievement and dedicated public service.

He has served as Chairman of Wicklow County Council and Chaired the Important Health Board Care Committee bringing substantial community care services to West and South Wicklow.

He secured the Ambulance base in Baltinglass and is actively working for a full time service in the Carnew, Shillelagh area.

He has served as a member of a the Hospital Boards responsible for the building of the new Tallaght and Naas hospitals.

He served for many years as Chairman of the Councils Housing Committee and has served as a director of the National Housing Finance Agency

He is also the Chairman of the Save Glen Ding Committee in Blessington. He was the Chairman of "Keep the Glen Open" campaign that prevented the Dept of Defence closing walking routes in the Glen of Imaal to the mountains.
