Cllr Cullen has led the campaign to upgrade and improve the N81, he has been successful in having removed some of the worst areas of danger with more works to be carried out over the next two years including the major by pass of Blessington.

He has also  been successful in safe guarding funding to maintain rural roads of towns and villages.
